Images, screenshots, and logos uploaded to FontVary (fontvary.com) for optical font recognition are parsed strictly in ephemeral, volatile server memory (RAM) and are permanently purged immediately after glyph analysis. We never store, archive, or train public AI models on your uploaded creative assets.

FontVary ("fontvary.com", "we", "our", or "us") provides web-based typography identification, visual optical character recognition (OCR), font pairing recommendations, and font library tooling. 2.Information We Process
When you use our Website Font Finder tool by providing a public URL (e.g. https://example.com), our server queries public stylesheet links and computed CSS declarations to extract the font-family stack. We do not store or inspect private website data or behind-paywall pages.
Images uploaded for optical font detection are processed as base64-encoded visual streams. They are converted into geometric glyph matrices, compared against typography datasets, and deleted immediately after the response is rendered.
Your bookmarked/favorited fonts, recent search history items, and dark mode display settings are stored solely in your local browser storage (localStorage). They are never transmitted or synced to an external database without your explicit direction.
Standard web server logs record anonymized IP addresses, browser user-agents, request timestamps, and HTTP response codes solely for system stability, denial-of-service mitigation, and rate limiting.

To provide live in-browser typography rendering for our font specimens, we dynamically load open-source stylesheets from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com).
Google Fonts acts as an independent content delivery network and operates under Google's Privacy Policy. No user credentials, cookies, or personal identifiers are passed to Google Fonts when requesting stylesheet definitions.
